• Contact details: name, email, phone and preferred language when you book a survey or buy a voucher.
• Property details: area or postcode, property type, rooms and the work you describe.
• Appointment details: chosen survey date and time, tracking code and job progress.
• Payment status for deposits and vouchers. Card details are handled only by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Reviews you choose to leave after a completed job.
• Photos you upload to the AI tools stay in your own browser and are not stored on our servers unless you send them with a booking.

• To arrange surveys, quotes and refurbishment work — performance of a contract or steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To take deposits, issue vouchers and keep accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To keep you updated on your job and answer your messages — legitimate interest and contract (Art. 6(1)(b),(f)).
• To improve our service and prevent fraud — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your separate consent.

Our scope, matching and visualizer tools use AI models to produce suggestions. Text and images you submit are sent to our AI provider only to generate your result and are not used to train models. Results are predictions, not quotes; every decision stays with you, the property owner.

• Hosting and database providers within the EU/EEA or with appropriate safeguards.
• Our payment provider (Stripe) to process deposits and vouchers.
• AI service providers to generate scopes and visuals.
• Our own trades and workers assigned to your job, only as needed.
• Public authorities when the law requires it.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Booking and job data are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and handle warranty claims, then for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years). Unconverted survey requests are deleted after 24 months.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@primero-casa.com — we reply within one month.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local authority, such as UODO in Poland.

We use encrypted connections, access controls limited to authorised staff, and private storage for job photos. No system is perfect, but we treat your data as carefully as your home.
