Terms of service

Clear terms, so you always know where you stand — from the first survey to the final handover.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1.Our service

Primero Casa provides professional refurbishment, repair and expert advice for villas, apartments and fincas across Mallorca. Our prices cover labour only; materials, fittings and finishes are not included unless agreed in writing. We are happy to advise on materials if you wish.

2.Guide prices and AI suggestions

Prices shown on the site, in the basket and in AI tools are guide estimates, not binding quotes. AI visuals and scopes are possibilities to help you decide. A binding quote is issued only after an on-site survey with measurements.

3.Free survey and job deposit

  • Surveys, measurements and reviews at your property are free of charge, subject to our experts' availability.
  • A €100 job deposit is due only once you accept our quote, and it is deducted from the final invoice.
  • If a payment fails, your booking is kept as unpaid until payment is completed.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, the booking is cancelled and the time slot is released.

4.Rescheduling and cancellation

Please tell us at least 24 hours before your survey if you need to move it. Send us an email or use your tracking page.

5.Gift vouchers

Vouchers of €100, €250 or €500 can be used towards any survey or job. They are valid for 24 months from purchase, not exchangeable for cash, and a refunded voucher can no longer be used.

6.Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Spanish Consumer Law, RDL 1/2007). If you ask us to carry out the survey within that period, you accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the survey has been fully performed.

7.Works, warranty and liability

Each job is governed by its written quote. Workmanship is guaranteed according to Spanish law and the quote. We are not liable for defects in materials supplied by the client or third parties.

8.Complaints and applicable law

Complaint forms (hojas de reclamación) are available on request. These terms are governed by Spanish law; consumers may use the courts of their place of residence. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
